As Director of CTI's Energy Incentives department, Richard is focused on increasing client awareness of the multitude of tax incentives available for energy-efficient buildings and clean energy production. He has over 25 years of experience as a licensed professional engineer, holding Bachelor of Science degrees in both Civil and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served in a variety of engineering roles, including the management of large-scale energy projects, design of mechanical systems, and analysis of energy-efficient buildings and equipment. He enjoys traveling and has spent extended time in-country on projects in the UK, Canada, Germany, and the Eastern Mediterranean.
