Bill Mark is the director of CTI’s Cost Segregation practice and is involved in all aspects of managing the department. Bill’s role includes preparing feasibility proposals, conducting site surveys, generating construction estimates, and cost segregation reports. Many of the projects Bill has worked on are office buildings, auto dealerships, distribution warehouses, and hotels.
Before he pumped up CTI’s Cost Segregation capabilities with his loyalty, dependability, and friendly manner, Bill exercised success as a personal trainer and clenched a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Additionally, he achieved LEED accreditation and membership with the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. After hours, he cools down with a workout, or a glass of wine...as he dreams of owning a grand winery in Napa.
