He presents the stamina to do whatever it takes to get the job done - from preparing feasibility proposals to conducting site surveys, from generating construction estimates to cost segregation reports, for office buildings to auto dealerships, and distribution warehouses to hotels.
Before he pumped up CTI’s Cost Segregation capabilities with his loyalty, dependability, and friendly manner, Bill exercised success as a personal trainer and clenched a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Additionally, he achieved LEED accreditation and membership with the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. After hours, he cools down with a workout, or a glass of wine...as he dreams of owning a grand winery in Napa.
