With her Masters in Tax Law from the University of Houston and a license to practice before the United States Tax Court, she has successfully defended taxpayers in IRS proceedings from across several industries.

When not holding CTI and the government to high standards, Charlotte likes spending time with her family and four-legged "fur kids" Thor and Bella, reading a good book, and traveling.
