Phillip’s deep-rooted knowledge - acquired from 18 years of Cost Segregation advisement within an array of industry sectors - has helped him engineer CTI’s Cost Segregation service. He’s operated $200,000 small restaurant projects to $1 billion commercial property projects. His personable and direct approach, buttressed by a strong work ethic, permeates his client relationships as they trust he will maximize their cash flow, while simultaneously maintaining full tax regulation compliance.
Phillip began his accomplished career with a bachelor's in economics and operations research from Columbia University and an MST from Golden Gate University. But long before he framed his future in project management and tax law, Phillip wanted to be an engineer. Today, he simmers in a passion for food and a longing to be a chef when not developing and facilitating project deliverables for CTI.
